4 years agoAtlanta Hawks small/power forward De'Andre Hunter (knee) is expected to return at some point in 2021, head coach Lloyd Pierce confirmed Monday, he just couldn't peg when that would be after the wing underwent a knee debridement procedure. Having already missed the team's previous four contests, Hunter won't even get his status updated for the next two weeks, which all but rules him out for the remainder of the first half of the season. Cam Reddish, Kevin Huerter, and Danilo Gallinari all stand to see increases in usage without Hunter's 17.2 PPG average in the mix. Barring an additional IR slot in season-long formats, most fantasy managers will have to allow Hunter to hit the wire due to the murky nature of when he could return to action.--Jesse Borek
