4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point/shooting guard D'Angelo Russell (quad) has been cleared to play in Monday's game versus Dallas despite having been questionable throughout the day due to a right quad contusion. Russell has dealt with the injury on and off for the past three weeks, but he appears healthy enough to take the floor with no minutes restriction Monday. With Karl-Anthony Towns still sidelined under the league's health and safety protocols, Russell retains elevated upside as a scorer. Ricky Rubio will be bumped back to the second unit, zapping him of his fantasy intrigue.--Jesse Borek
