Jarrett Allen Scores 14 Points In Start
4 years agoWith Larry Nance Jr. (finger) out for the next six weeks, the Cleveland Cavaliers went with two centers in the starting lineup on Monday against Phoenix. One of those players was Jarrett Allen, who played 34 minutes and scored 14 points on 5-for-7 shooting. He added five rebounds, one assist, and a block. Playing beside Andre Drummond for much of the game, Allen was unable to make much impact on the boards as Drummond gobbles those opportunities up. While seeing Allen get this many minutes is good for his fantasy managers, it wasn't exactly the performance you want from him outside of the scoring and efficiency.
