4 years agoDoug Ghim has just two career starts at Pebble Beach, missing the cut in 2019 and 2020. Ghim has played some solid golf this season with five top-25 finishes in nine starts. Ghim has been a good iron player this season, ranking 25th in strokes gained approaching the green and hitting greens in regulation at a touch over 70 percent. He has also putted well, ranking 30th in birdie or better conversion percentage. There are some statistics that could point to Ghim having a solid performance, but missing the cut in his first two starts is concerning coming into this week.--Connor Wege
