4 years agoSacramento Kings shooting guard Daquan Jeffries (ankle) is reportedly approaching a return to game action, per head coach Luke Walton. Jeffries is yet to suit up this season after having sustained a significant ankle sprain, which has kept him from being a key contributor with the team's second unit. Walton mentioned that upon his return, Jeffries would force a change to the backcourt rotation, with his defensive prowess welcome for a group that currently owns the worst defensive efficiency (114.7) in the league. Having averaged just 3.8 PPG off the bench last season, fantasy managers shouldn't race to the waiver wire to add the 23-year-old, but he soon figures to earn minutes and could be seen as a DFS punt play selection on occasion.--Jesse Borek
