4 years agoSan Antonio Spurs forward Rudy Gay scored 17 points on 5-for-11 shooting in Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. In addition, he grabbed six rebounds and dished out one assist. Gay was 3-for-6 from three and 4-for-4 from the free-throw line. He'll face the Hawks on Friday, who allow opponents to shoot the second-lowest percentage from three and to score the 18th-most points per game. Neither of those things is great news for Gay, who has posted three consecutive games with double-digit points. He's done it four times in a row twice this year, but we're not sure Friday is the time to bet on a strong showing from the veteran wing.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
