4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns has been cleared to suit up for Wednesday's contest versus the Clippers. Towns has been out since Jan. 13 following a positive COVID-19 test, which has come during a season that was already thrown off track by a wrist injury. Having appeared in just four games this year, it's not likely that Towns sees a full minutes allotment right out of the gate, casting a shadow on his DFS intrigue Wednesday. Naz Reid had been starting in place of Towns, but he figures to shift back to the second unit, zapping him of most of his season-long fantasy appeal.--Jesse Borek
