4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns looked impressive in his return to the court Wednesday. Towns compiled 18 points and 10 rebounds- his fifth double-double this season- in 31 minutes. The star big man shot an efficient 8 of 15 from the field in his first action since mid-January, adding three assists, two triples, and a steal. It was nice to see Towns out there for 30-plus minutes after such a lengthy absence, suggesting that there shouldn't be anything holding him back from here on out. Hopefully, he can start making good on fantasy managers' early-round investments, starting with Friday's matchup against the Hornets.--Tim Capurso
