4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward Anthony Davis returned to the lineup with a bang after a two-game absence. Davis fell just two points shy of his season-high, scoring a game-high 35 with nine rebounds, an assist, a block, and two steals in 35 minutes. The star big man is dealing with Achilles tendonitis- though you wouldn't have known it with how aggressive he was on the court Friday night. The Lakers medical staff told Davis that his ailment would heal with full rest, but Davis said he doesn't want to miss games. He appears headed for a questionable designation ahead of Sunday's contest with Denver, though make sure he's in your lineup if available, as he's played 37 minutes per game this month.--Tim Capurso
