4 years agoToronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry (thumb) will not play on Sunday against Philadelphia. Head coach Nick Nurse initially indicated that the veteran would miss at least two games, but when he popped up as questionable on the league's official injury report on Saturday, there was speculation he could return sooner than expected. With Lowry out of the lineup, look for Fred Vanvleet to slide in at the point, resulting in an increase in usage.
