4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers small forward Kawhi Leonard had his third game of the season with fewer than 20 points on Thursday, finishing a 122-94 loss to Memphis with 17 points on 6-for-14 shooting. The whole starting five struggled in the contest and Paul George did even worse with 3-for-12 shooting and 13 points. Kawhi, who was 1-for-5 from deep, added seven assists and five rebounds with three turnovers in 32 minutes. He's been a scoring machine this season and had managed at least 24 points in 17 consecutive games ahead of Thursday's matchup. Leonard should have a point to prove in Friday's rematch with Memphis, if he doesn't sit out the game, of course.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
