4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers center Marc Gasol has been deemed unavailable to play in Tuesday's game against Phoenix due to the league's health and safety protocols. There has been no word yet as to whether or not Gasol has tested positive for COVID-19, but he was the only new addition to the team's injury report just hours before tip-off. Montrezl Harrell and Markieff Morris stand to benefit from Gasol's absence, with both becoming appealing DFS options due to L.A.'s limited frontcourt depth with Anthony Davis (calf) already unavailable. Until further word says otherwise, Gasol's next chance to suit up comes Wednesday versus the Kings, the team's final outing of the first half.--Jesse Borek
