4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland (groin) was injured during Wednesday's matchup against the Indiana Pacers. The 21-year-old suffered a left groin strain, an injury that forced him to head back to the locker room warily after only 19 minutes of play. Before his premature departure, Garland had 16 points and five assists.
