4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard put up another MVP-worthy performance in Tuesday's comeback win over the Pelicans. Lillard scored a season-high 50 points with 10 assists, six rebounds, and six triples in 41 minutes. He made all 18 free throws, including two to give his team the lead for good late in the fourth quarter. Portland was down by 17 points with six minutes to go in the fourth when Lillard took control, as he was responsible for 18 of his team's 25 points from that stretch on. The 30-year-old is rolling in March, and the Pelicans probably aren't looking forward to facing him again on Thursday.--Tim Capurso
