4 years agoDetroit Pistons shooting guard Wayne Ellington (groin) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Toronto due to a strained right adductor. With Hamidou Diallo (groin) also on the shelf, Josh Jackson figures to see a sizable workload Wednesday, ratcheting up his DFS intrigue. Ellington has remained a consistent three-point marksman for the Pistons when given minutes this year, but it's not difficult to foresee a path in which Detroit pivots to a youth movement down the stretch. Offering little else aside from made threes, Ellington is a category league option only at this stage. His next chance to suit up comes Friday versus the Rockets.--Jesse Borek
