4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball (hip) has been listed as questionable to suit up for Tuesday's contest against the Lakers due to a strained right hip flexor. Ball missed the team's previous outing due to the ailment, as well as the first would-be matchup against his former squad earlier this year. Nickeil Alexander-Walker stepped into the starting five in place of Ball on Sunday, a role that he would figure to reprise should Ball remain out of the equation. Ball's assist numbers have come on strong during March, dishing out 7.1 on a nightly basis over his last eight contests. Check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on his status.--Jesse Borek
