4 years agoDetroit Tigers designated hitter Miguel Cabrera is not in the lineup for Sunday's finale with Cleveland, according to Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press. Manager AJ Hinch said that Cabrera's "whole body" was cramping in the eighth inning on Saturday, but he is not concerned for Cabrera's health going forward. "I was looking for a day off for him this homestand," Hinch said. "It's convenient, given he was a little bit sore coming out of yesterday, and I want to get everybody some playing time. A little bit of both, but nothing I'm concerned about at this point." Cabrera is 2-for-7 with a home run and three RBI through the first two games of the season, and should be back in the lineup on Monday.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
