4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game versus the Clippers, allowing Enes Kanter to enter the starting lineup in his place. Nurkic, who has returned to start each of the team's five previous contests, has been dealing with swelling in his knee, although the team has not ruled him out for multiple outings at this stage. With his capped minutes limit and uncertain injury outlook, Nurkic is a tough season-long fantasy cog at this stage. Derrick Jones Jr. will also be available off of the bench to aid the Blazers' frontcourt outlook. Nurkic's next chance to suit up comes Thursday against Utah.--Jesse Borek
