4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton was the top scorer in Thursday's 129-102 victory over OKC, shooting 9-for-17 from the field en route to 27 points. He added nine points from the free-throw line with 10 shots. Sexton went without a single turnover in 33 minutes and finished things off with four assists, three rebounds and one steal. The 22-year-old is on a run of six straight games with 20-plus points. He's been very effective as well, going over 51 percent from the field this month. Sexton will try to take advantage of Toronto's struggles next. He had a superb 36-point night in his first meeting with the Raptors this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
