4 years agoMemphis Grizzlies power forward/center Brandon Clarke (calf) has been given the green light to get back into action Friday against the Knicks. Clarke missed the team's two previous outings due to a left calf ailment, but he will reclaim his second unit role, with fantasy managers hopeful that he also finds some of his early-season offensive aggressiveness. With a modest average of 10.3 points and 4.7 boards over his last 12 appearances, Clarke is a medium-sized or larger season-long fantasy asset at this stage. His return isn't likely to have a major negative effect on any of Memphis' traditional starters.--Jesse Borek
