Kole Calhoun Reaches Base Four Times In Loss
4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Kole Calhoun reached base safely four times in Monday night's loss, going 3-for-4 with a walk, one RBI and a run scored against the Athletics. After starting the year on the injured list while recovering from knee surgery, Calhoun is now 4-for-14 with a double and three RBI in three games since his return. Calhoun has been showing a power surge over the past few seasons, going from 19 home runs in 2018 to 33 in 2019 to 16 in 54 games last year. Managers should keep an eye on Calhoun and contemplate adding him to rosters soon, as he should be good for at least 20 home runs.
