4 years agoMiami Heat center Bam Adebayo ended a two-game run without a double-double on Tuesday with 11 points and 10 rebounds in a big loss to Phoenix. He also had five assists, three steals and one block with four turnovers, while shooting 4-for-6 from the field and 3-for-4 at the line. Adebayo rarely has fewer than 10 shots a night, so this was an unusually passive performance by him. Maybe he was saving himself for Wednesday's meeting with Nikola Jokic and Denver? The Nuggets don't give up a lot of points to centers, but opposing bigs are shooting a very good 56 percent from the field against them.
