4 years agoSan Antonio Spurs center Gorgui Dieng (shoulder) has been cleared to get back into action Friday against Portland, stemming his absence due to a shoulder ailment at four contests. Dieng stands to reprise his marginal role off the bench behind Jakob Poeltl, while his return likely knocks Drew Eubanks from any level of consideration. Since arriving with the Spurs, Dieng has played just a combined 24 minutes, not having established himself as a fantasy asset in any-sized format.--Jesse Borek
