4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum bounced back from a couple of poor shooting performances in Friday's win over the Spurs. After being held below 40 percent shooting in each of his last two games, McCollum scored 29 points on 13-for-26 shooting from the field. He added six assists, two rebounds, two triples, a block, and a steal in 38 minutes. McCollum's efficiency has been a bit up-and-down this month, particularly from three-point range, so hopefully, he can get going following this performance. He'll get a Sunday matchup against the Hornets next. They've allowed the ninth-most points per game to shooting guards, so he should be well-positioned for another good outing.--Tim Capurso
