4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant (thigh) will miss the remainder of Sunday's matchup against Miami. The veteran was observed favoring his left leg on his way back to the locker room, with a thigh contusion being the official diagnosis. This could have been worse, but it's still not welcome news, especially since Durant just returned a few games ago after missing time due to a hamstring ailment. Considering that the team has been playing it safe with the former MVP all year, it wouldn't be surprising if he misses a few games moving ahead.
