4 years agoChicago Bulls center Nikola Vucevic (adductor) and power forward Lauri Markkanen (illness) both have their statuses up in the air for Saturday's game versus Atlanta. Vucevic is the rare player in the league to have not missed a single contest this season, with Daniel Theis and Thaddeus Young looming for added minutes should the Bulls' star miss the outing. Both Theis and Young would already be in line for an increased workload should Markkanen miss his second straight game. Once viewed as an integral member of Chicago's young core, Markkanen has seen his production steeply decline since coming off the bench, averaging just 9.9 points across 21.4 minutes per game.
