4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers shooting guard C.J. McCollum scored a team-high 33 points on 12-for-20 shooting in Sunday's 129-119 win over the Celtics, adding five rebounds and five assists to his line with one block and one turnover in 38 minutes. McCollum closed out the game with a 10-point fourth quarter. He reached the 30-point plateau for the sixth time this season. The 29-year-old has been very effective with his work lately and will look to frustrate the Hawks next. Atlanta's defensive record against opposing shooting guards is mediocre at best and McCollum did some very quick scoring against them in this season's first meeting with 16 points in 19 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
