4 years agoChicago Bulls power forward/center Daniel Theis (knee) has been deemed questionable to suit up for Sunday's game against Detroit with a right hip contusion. Since entering the starting five 13 games ago, Theis has averaged 10 points and 6.5 boards per contest. An absence would figure to bump Lauri Markkanen back into the starting five, although Thaddeus Young would also stand to get a minutes/role increase. A perpetual double-double threat, Theis holds a steady floor if he does eventually get the green light; fantasy managers will want to check back prior to tip-off to get the final word on his status.--Jesse Borek
