4 years agoDenver Nuggets small forward Michael Porter Jr. had a 30-point night against the Hornets on Tuesday, shooting 12-for-18 from the field and 6-for-10 from downtown in a 117-112 win. He pulled down six rebounds and had two steals and one assist with five turnovers in 35 minutes. Taking care of the rock was a problem for Porter Jr., but it was an outstanding scoring performance. He now boasts six 30-point efforts for the season and two of them have come in his last three outings. With a poor defensive team like Minnesota up next on the schedule, Porter Jr. has a very good chance to keep up his hot scoring form on Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
