3 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Tom Murphy accounted for all of the Mariners' offense in Monday's contest, hitting a solo shot in the bottom of the eighth inning. It was his fourth of the year. Murphy went 1-for-3 in the contest, leaving him with a .137/.192/.329 slash line for the year. He's been a major disappointment after posting an .858 OPS in his most recent season in 2019. Murphy is far from relevant in fantasy, and he may be a candidate to lose playing time at the major league level once prospect Cal Raleigh is ready to join the team.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
