3 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Adbert Alzolay struggled in Sunday's loss versus the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was Alzolay's second start since returning from the injured list with a blister. Alzolay finished with a line of three innings with five hits, six runs (four earned), three walks and three strikeouts. Alzolay gave up a grand slam in the bottom of the first inning and it was mostly downhill from there. Despite the rough outing, Alzolay has looked very good season and is worth rostering in most formats. Alzolay will carry a 4-7 record and 4.55 ERA into his next start versus the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday in a tough matchup.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
