3 years agoDallas Mavericks guard Jalen Brunson could be headed elsewhere this offseason. The New York Knicks are in search of a long term starting point guard and Jalen Brunson could be on their radar, according to Marc Berman. It sounds like Knicks president Leon Rose believes Brunson is a legitimate starting, playmaking point guard. The Mavs do have a team option on Brunson. However, Brunson may decide to decline without an extension in the works and force Dallas to trade him. In theory, Brunson's fantasy value would increase as the starter in New York instead of having his value diminished playing behind Luka Doncic in Dallas.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
