3 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves forward Anthony Edwards (ankle) has left Las Vegas and will be evaluated at the team's facility. The 19-year-old injured his ankle during a recent scrimmage against Team USA last Wednesday. Although any injury is alarming, primarily since Edwards was originally thought to have hurt his knee, he is expected to be fine and ready to go when the season begins in October. He averaged 19.3 points while sporting a 27 percent usage rate during his inaugural year in the league, and he is presumed to garner plenty of interest in fantasy drafts for the 2021-22 campaign, and rightfully so.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
