3 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager continued his power surge Saturday, smacking a two-run home run off Texas Rangers starting pitcher Taylor Hearn in the first inning of a 5-4 extra-inning loss. He also singled in four at-bats. Seager has been outstanding in his last seven games, slashing .280/.419/.760 with four home runs and 11 RBI. He isn't very reliable in the on-base department, putting up a .295 number on the year, but he's been strong with his 22 homers and 64 RBI. He's a must-add going into the next scoring period, and for as long as he stays hot.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
