3 years agoCincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson went 3-for-5 with a solo homer and two runs scored in a 12-3 win over the Atlanta Braves on Thursday. Stephenson took Atlanta reliever Edgar Santana deep in the ninth inning to give Cincinnati their final run on an evening where they hit five homers. The rookie backstop has been impressive this season, hitting .287 with seven homers, 46 runs, and 35 RBI over 254 at-bats. Stephenson continues to trend up as the season goes on as he is hitting .350 over his past seven games.--Matt T - RotoBaller
