3 years agoCincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson went 1-for-3 with a solo homer in a 6-1 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday. Stephenson took Phillies reliever Archie Bradley deep in the eighth inning to provide the Reds with their only run of the game. The rookie backstop continues to put together a quality debut season, hitting .288 with eight homers, 47 runs, and 36 RBI over 257 at-bats. Stephenson has been swinging a hot bat of late, hitting .350 with two homers over his past seven games.--Matt T - RotoBaller
