3 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Markus Howard re-signed with the team on Sunday. It will be a two-way contract, so fantasy managers outside of dynasty formats likely won't have much interest in him. The 22-year-old finished last season by averaging just 2.8 points throughout 37 games, although he did score 20 points across 34 minutes during his lone start of the year. There may be a time during the 2021-22 campaign where his name pops up as a streaming option in season-long leagues or as a value alternative in DFS contests. However, Howard doesn't do enough to matter from a fantasy perspective in nearly every format imaginable to have a consistent role in any lineup.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
