3 years agoLos Angeles Lakers center Marc Gasol isn't guaranteed to remain with the team moving ahead. The veteran is expected to earn $2.7 million during the final year of his current deal. However, with Dwight Howard back in town and Anthony Davis anticipated to spend some time in the middle this season, L.A. may be looking to fill a void elsewhere by freeing up a roster spot. Nonetheless, the 36-year-old didn't contribute much during the 2020-21 campaign, averaging a career-low 5.0 points and 4.1 rebounds throughout 52 games.
