3 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Leody Taveras was horrendous at the plate heading into Monday's contest against the Colorado Rockies. In fact, Taveras was 4-for-65 at the plate, but finally come through on Monday. He went 2-for-3 with a home run and double in the 4-3 victory. The Rangers are likely going to give Taveras plenty of at-bats down the stretch. They want to see if he can be a piece for Texas heading into the 2022 campaign. There is no reason to bother rostering Taveras at the moment.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
