Will Josh Jacobs Have Week 1 Impact?
3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs told the media Friday he feels good ahead of Monday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Jacobs has remained limited in practices as he rebounds from a toe injury and is still listed as "questionable" although he seems ready to take the field against Baltimore. Of course, the big question on everyone's mind now is where Kenyan Drake fits into all of this. Jacobs' 2020 numbers were better, having recorded 273 carries for 1,065 yards with 12 touchdowns compared to Drake's 239 carries for 955 yards with 10 TDs. However, Drake has seen a positive uptick in production over his last two seasons, while Jacobs has had mixed results. Fantasy managers should be wary of Jacobs in Week 1, especially with the lingering injury.
