3 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Jo Adell (back) is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Chicago White Sox, Jack Harris of the LA Times reported. The 22-year-old centerfielder has missed two straight games after crashing into a wall over the weekend and is considered to be day-to-day with a sore back. No doubt Adell is eager to get back into the lineup since he has been red-hot at the plate lately, slashing .346/.393/.769 over his last seven games with three home runs, eight RBI, one stolen base, and five runs scored on nine hits. Brandon Marsh is slated to fill in at center field and bat seventh against Chicago.--Chelena Goldman
