3 years agoSan Francisco Giants manager Gabe Kapler has yet to announce his starter for Friday's Game 1 of the NLDS, but he expressed full trust in both Kevin Gausman and Logan Webb, per NBCSports.com's Alex Pavlovic. The two pitchers both had fantastic seasons, compiling 2.81 and 3.03 ERAs, respectively. Either pitcher would be a solid choice given their performances throughout the regular season. Kapler also said one of them will start on Friday and the other on Saturday, with the Game 1 starter coming back as a potential Game 5 starter.
