3 years agoOklahoma City Thunder small forward Josh Giddey drew the start in his first NBA contest Wednesday, in which he recorded 10 rebounds across 29 minutes. Things were a bit trickier on the offensive end of the floor for the sixth overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, as he went 2-for-7 from the field en route to a four-point showing. But the fact that he added three assists bodes well for his multi-category upside moving forward. The Thunder had 11 players log at least 13 minutes, which could be an indication of how fiercely competitive minutes will be up for grabs moving forward.--Jesse Borek
