Kevin Durant Nets 25 Points In Easy Win
3 years agoIn a 104-90 win over the Washington Wizards, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant continued to do Kevin Durant things. The 2014 MVP helped his team bounce back from a disappointing loss on Sunday with 25 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 35 minutes of a ho-hum outing. The bizarre thing was he only took two three-point attempts. He's only attempted two threes or less four times in his career, with the last instance happening over three years ago. It's certainly nothing to worry about as it's an obvious outlier, but it was an eye-catching statistic. Durant is as set it and forget it as they come in fantasy basketball, and he'll make up for Monday's lack of three-pointers in the remaining three games on the Net's Week 2 schedule.
