Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 NFL season is alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest to win NFL DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For NFL, Single Stat consists of quarterback passing yards, running back rushing yards, and wide receiver receiving yards in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some fantasy score totals for the Week 8 of the NFL season.

Fantasy Score NFL Totals
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for a point per reception, meaning every reception is worth one point. Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point. If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.
D'Andre Swift over 18.0 fantasy score - Swift might be my favorite running back play this week in DFS. He has become heavily involved in the passing game, which is crucial in PrizePicks PPR format. He has snagged 23 receptions over the previous four weeks and has also toted the rock 45 times over that span. This matchup against the Eagles should be very solid as they have allowed running backs to average 115 rushing yards per game while also giving up over seven receptions per game to the position. Both of these rank in the bottom six of the league over that span and make Swift a solid play.
A.J. Brown over 14.5 fantasy score - Brown makes the fantasy score article for the second week in a row and his number actually declined by half of a point this week, down from 15.0. He had a solid resurgence last week against the Chiefs as he hauled in eight of nine targets for 133 yards and a touchdown. He will likely be a primary focus in the passing game against a Colts' defense that has allowed wide receivers to put up an average of 157 receiving yards per game over the previous four weeks, and this also takes into account that sloppy game last week in San Francisco where the passing games were almost non-existent. The Colts have also allowed an average of one receiving touchdown per game to wideouts over that span, so Brown should definitely have some opportunities in this one.
Joe Mixon over 15.0 fantasy score - This is a game where the Bengals are double-digit favorites and should be able to have their way with the Jets who were just routed by the New England Patriots 54-13 in Week 7. In that game, Patriots' running backs combined for 127 rushing yards and over 90 receiving yards. The Jets have also allowed an average of nearly 135 rushing yards per game over the previous four weeks, which ranks second-worst in the league. They have also allowed an average of 10 receptions per game to the positon across their previous three games. They have been absolutely abysmal against the running back position lately, which should set Mixon up to have one of his best games of the season.
Ezekiel Elliott over 18.0 fantasy score - The Cowboys have started to rely on Zeke a bit more recently as he is averaging 19 carries per game over the Cowboys' previous four games. He has also averaged over 104 rushing yards per game across that span. He is going up against a Vikings' defense that has allowed an average of nearly 114 rushing yards per game over their previous three games. They are also allowing nearly 4.5 yards per carry across those three games. On the season, they have allowed two one hundred-yard rushers in Joe Mixon and Nick Chubb and also allowed an 80-yard rushing performance from Chris Carson while also allowing the Lions' tandem of Jamaal Williams and D'Andre Swift to rush for over 100 yards. This is a great spot for Zeke and he should be able to have a solid night.
Other Recommendations: Laviska Shenault Jr. over 11.0 fantasy score, Adam Thielen over 15.5 fantasy score, Chris Godwin over 15.0 fantasy score, D.K. Metcalf over 15.5 fantasy score
