3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum kept up his recent strong play in Wednesday's victory over Memphis. McCollum poured in a game-high 25 points on 8-for-21 shooting from the field, chipping in four three-pointers while draining 5 of 6 free throws. The veteran shooting guard rounded out his productive night with six boards, two assists, two steals, and a block. McCollum is on-pace for career-best scoring numbers- though backcourt mate Damian Lillard's scoring struggles may have something to do with his increased output. Still, McCollum remains a strong start for what should be a high-scoring affair against the Clippers on Friday.--Tim Capurso
