3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard put forth an encouraging performance in Saturday's win over the Lakers. Lillard led the way with 25 points on 9-for-19 shooting from the field, handing out six assists. After an ugly four-point, 0-for-6 shooting performance from downtown, the star guard found his rhythm from beyond the arc, as he knocked down 6 of 14 attempts from that distance. Lillard rounded out his line with three rebounds and two steals. It's been a disappointing start for Lillard and his fantasy managers, though he could stay hot from three-point range against the Clippers on Monday. Los Angeles has allowed the ninth-most makes from downtown to point guards.--Tim Capurso
