3 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard James Harden looked like the MVP candidate fantasy managers have become accustomed to seeing in Friday's win over the Pelicans. Harden dropped a season-high 39 points, making 11 of 18 attempts from the field while shooting an impressive 6-for-10 from three-point range. The Beard handed out 12 assists while adding five boards, a steal, and a blocked shot. Not only did Harden excel as a scorer on the floor, but he also got to the line 15 times, making 11 of them, his second game this season with double-digit makes at the charity stripe. He has two triple-doubles and a 30-point double-double this month- Harden is back to doing what he does best, which is stuffing the stat sheet.--Tim Capurso
