3 years agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Lauri Markkanen has been ruled out ahead of Monday's matchup versus Boston. Markkanen has been out while adhering to health and safety protocols, and though he could play if needed, the team will wait a bit longer while he works his way back into playing shape. The former Bull is averaging 12.9 points, 5.9 boards and 1.3 steals during his first season with the team. His next chance to make it back will be on Wednesday against Brooklyn, but until then, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen should continue to benefit from a production standpoint, while Cedi Osman and Dean Wade should remain more prominent fixtures in the lineup.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
