3 years agoFree-agent starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez has gained the interest of at least two more teams -- the Toronto Blue Jays and the Los Angeles Angels -- according to Jon Morosi of MLB Network reports. Rodriguez had mixed results last season, striking out 27.4% of batters but owned an elevated 4.74 ERA with a 1.39 WHIP in 157 2/3 innings. His 3.32 FIP makes him an attractive starter on the market, especially to teams like the Blue Jays and Angels, who need rotation help. The former could lose both Robbie Ray and Steven Matz to free agency, while the latter had one of the worst pitching staffs in baseball last year with a 4.68 ERA as a team. Given the 28-year-old's peripherals, he could be a good candidate to bounce back and return good fantasy value in 2022.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
